Terms & Conditions
Last updated 17 August 2026
These terms govern your use of BeDoctor. The most important part is section 2, which explains what BeDoctor is not. Please read that one even if you read nothing else.
1. Agreement
By creating an account or using BeDoctor you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. BeDoctor is operated by Strataline Private Limited, Building No. 68/2045B, Bilathikulam, Nadakavu, Kozhikode, Kerala, 673011.
2. BeDoctor is not medical advice
BeDoctor is an information tool. It is not a doctor, it does not diagnose you, and nothing it produces is a medical diagnosis, prescription, or treatment plan.
The guidance is generated by AI models from what you type in. It can be wrong. It can be confidently wrong. It has no way to examine you, order a test, or notice something you did not mention.
BeDoctor presents perspectives from several systems of medicine, including allopathic, ayurvedic, homeopathic, naturopathic and others. Presenting them is not an endorsement, and inclusion does not mean a treatment is clinically proven or suitable for you.
- Always consult a qualified medical professional before acting on anything you read here, and before starting, stopping or changing any medication or treatment.
- Never delay seeking medical care because of something BeDoctor said.
- In an emergency, call your local emergency number or go to the nearest hospital. Do not use this app.
3. Who may use it
You must be 18 or older. BeDoctor is intended for personal use, for your own health, and is currently offered in India.
4. Your account
Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access.
You may delete your account at any time from Profile in the app, or at bedoctor.in/delete-account. Deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.
5. Using the service properly
You agree not to:
- Use BeDoctor to make decisions for anyone other than yourself without their knowledge.
- Present its output as a professional medical opinion, to anyone, for any purpose.
- Attempt to break, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service, or work around its usage limits.
- Upload anything you do not have the right to upload, or anything belonging to someone else.
6. Free use and limits
BeDoctor is currently free. Before signing up you can run a limited number of checks; after signing up, usage limits still apply so the service stays available and its costs stay sustainable. We may change these limits, and we may introduce paid features in future — if we do, anything you have already used will not retroactively become billable.
7. Counsellor callbacks
If you request a callback, someone from our team may contact you about the check you ran. They are not a substitute for a doctor and cannot diagnose you or prescribe anything. We do not guarantee a response time.
8. Lab report explanations
Where BeDoctor explains a lab report, it is describing what the numbers generally mean. Reference ranges differ between laboratories, and only a doctor who knows your history can tell you what your results mean for you. Take the original report to your appointment.
9. Our rights in the service
The BeDoctor name, design, and software belong to Strataline Private Limited. You keep everything you enter — your symptoms, profile and reports remain yours, and we claim no ownership of them.
10. Availability and changes
We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of BeDoctor. We will give notice where we reasonably can, but the service is provided as-is and we do not guarantee it will be available without interruption.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Strataline Private Limited is not liable for any loss or harm arising from your use of BeDoctor or from reliance on its output, including any decision to seek, delay or avoid medical care.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
12. Suspension
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, or where we are required to by law.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
14. Changes to these terms
If these terms change materially we will update the date at the top and ask you to accept the new version in the app. Continuing to use BeDoctor after that means you accept them.
