Delete your account

You can delete your BeDoctor account and everything stored with it at any time. This can't be undone.

What gets deleted

  • Your medications, schedules and dose history
  • Saved lab report explanations
  • Your symptom check history
  • Your health profile and personal details

Prefer to do it in the app?

  1. Open BeDoctor and go to the Profile tab.
  2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
  3. Read what will be removed, then confirm.

It's the same account either way — deleting in one place deletes it everywhere.

How long it takes

Your sign-in is removed immediately — you won't be able to access the account again. Your records are permanently erased within 30 days, and aren't used for anything in the meantime. Deleting your account can't be reversed.
